From Cyberjaya,

Our boutique at Plaza CrystalVille started as a small corner shop with one belief — that footwear for the Muslimah should be designed around her real day: school runs, office hours, family gatherings, and everything in between.
Today, MADRE serves thousands of women across Malaysia, both in-store and online. Every review, every returning customer, every "selesa sangat!" keeps us going.
Crafted with intention
Each MADRE pair goes through careful material selection — soft genuine and vegan leathers, cushioned memory insoles, and flexible outsoles built for Malaysian weather and pace.
We keep our palette intentional too: nude, blush, taupe and cream tones chosen to pair effortlessly with baju kurung, abaya, or office wear.

We pack and ship every order from our Cyberjaya boutique. Orders placed before 2 pm are processed the same day (Mon–Sat).

Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by WhatsApp/SMS once your parcel ships. Same-day Klang Valley orders are delivered by courier rider between 3–8 pm.
Self pick-up
Prefer to collect in person? Choose "Store Pickup" at checkout and collect from our Cyberjaya boutique any day before 6 pm — usually ready within 2 hours.

exchange
We want every pair to feel right. If it doesn't, here's how we make it easy:
Free size exchange — 14 days
- Exchange for a different size within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Shoes must be unworn, with the original box and packaging.
- Exchange in-store instantly, or by courier (we cover the return shipping for your first exchange).
Returns & refunds
- Unworn items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Sale items are exchangeable for size but non-refundable, unless defective.
Defective or wrong item?
WhatsApp us a photo within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked, return shipping on us.

Fit tips by style
- Pointed flats (Aisya) — runs slightly narrow at the toe; size up if between sizes.
- Mules (Damia) — true to size; the open back gives a relaxed fit.
- Loafers (Nura) — true to size; leather softens and moulds after 2–3 wears.
